The Parish Council’s Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group is making good progress to publish (for public consultation) the new Neighbourhood Plan intended to replace the existing NDP.
Mortimer Neighbourhood Plan
This site covers:
- A necessary review of the 2017-2026 Mortimer Neighbourhood Plan to confirm the planned use of land originally set aside for a new infant school and doctors surgery.
- A wider-reaching new Plan, that reflects latest national policies, the emerging Local Plan and community priorities. This new Plan version is expected to be approved in 2026 and valid until 2041.
